Hope 7
Hope 7 was a pop rock band that formed in 2002. The group comprised Kristi
McClave (lead vocalist), Dave Noble (guitarist), Chevy Martinez (bassist), and
Chase Duddy (drummer). McClave, discovered at six by producer Rodney Jerkins,
first sang for the pop act 3Gs and recorded "Crush" on The Princess Diaries
soundtrack before the trio dissolved. In 2004, Noble, Martinez and Duddy joined
Kristi McClave, solidifying Hope 7. The single "Breakthrough" appeared on
Legally Blonde 2: Red, White & Blonde and The Cheetah Girls soundtracks, and its
