Henny Huisman
Hendrikus Josephus Anthonius Huisman, known professionally as Henny Huisman, was
born on June 18, 1951, in Zaandam, the Netherlands. He began his music career at
age 10 as a member of the guitar trio The Bright Stars. He later, he co-founded
the band Lucifer, with which he made his television debut on March 18, 1975, on
Van Oekel's Discohoek. After leaving Lucifer, Huisman joined the short-lived
group Match as a drummer. Huisman released several albums, including 'K Zou Best
Beroemd Willen Zijn' (1987), Hé... Doe Je Mee! (1988), and 'Beestenboel' (1997).
