Hayk Borisi "Hayko" Hakobyan, born on August 25, 1973, in Yerevan, Armenia, was
an Armenian singer and songwriter. He graduated from R. Melikyan Music College
and began his music career in 1996 with the song "Love." Hayko's breakthrough
came when he won Armenia's national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest
2007 with "Anytime You Need," placing eighth in the final. His musical journey
included notable albums such as Romance (2000), Norits (2004), and Live (2003).
