HARRY
Harry Schmidt, born on June 15, 1960 , is a German singer and actor. After
working as a mechanic, he entered the public eye as a contestant on the second
season of Big Brother in 2000, where he finished second behind Alida Kurras. His
music career began with the release of the single "Mir kann keiner was!" in
2001, followed by the album Harrys Welt in 2001; the single peaked at number 44
on the German charts. In 2001, he also issued the single "Weinen wie ein Kind".
On top of his music career, Schmidt maintained a recurring role as the pub owner
Big Harry in the television series...
