harmoe was formed in Japan in March 2021, emerging as a fresh voice in
contemporary J‑pop. Their debut single "Kimagure Ticktack" appeared on
10 March 2021, followed by "Mermaid at Our Own Pace" on 18 August 2021 and
"Arabian Utopian" on 22 December 2021, establishing the group’s playful, melodic
