Japanese group HΛL, formed in 1996, initially began as a collective of producers
and musicians. Their career started with arranging music for various artists
before transitioning into a J-pop band. The group's breakthrough came in 2000
when they signed with Avex Trax and recruited HΛLNA, a young singer from
