Gustavo Alexander Ramírez Olivo, known professionally as Gustavo Elis, was born
on January 17, 1989, in Caracas, Venezuela. He is a singer, musician, actor,
dancer, and composer who showed an early interest in dance before transitioning
fully into music and acting. Elis first gained prominence portraying the
character Tavo in the second season of the Venevisión and Boomerang
Latinoamérica teen telenovela Somos tú y yo, which aired from 2007 to 2008 and
