Amelia Toomey, known professionally as Girli, was born on December 6, 1997, in
northwest London. She is a British singer and rapper who began her musical
journey at age eight by writing her first song. Girli's career started with open
mic performances under her legal name, Milly Toomey, before transitioning to the
stage name Girli. Her debut single "So You Think You Can Fuck with Me Do Ya?"
