Matthew Thomas Masurka, known professionally as Gigamesh, and born on May 12,
1983, is a Minneapolis-based American music producer and DJ who began his career
through collaborations with Discotech and Señor Stereo alongside DJs Danny Daze
and Joe Maz. Gigamesh's breakthrough came with the production of Mike Posner's
track "Cooler than Me" and his remix of Foster the People's single "Pumped Up
Kicks", which garnered over 172 million plays on a video streaming platform. His
