Ghetto Concept, a Canadian hip-hop duo from Toronto, Ontario, was formed in 1992 by Kwajo Cinqo and Dolo. Their first single "Certified" was released in 1993. In 1994, they released the single "E-Z On Tha Motion", which won them a Juno Award. Ghetto Concept created 7 Bills Entertainment Inc. in 1996 and released the single "Much Luv" featuring Infinite.
