Ghetto Commission was a rap quartet formed in 1998 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
The group consisted of rappers Dwayne Lawrence, Gary Arnold, Walter Valerio, and
singer Byron Dolliole. They signed to No Limit Records and made several guest
appearances on the label's releases from 1998 to 2000. Their debut album Wise
Guys was released in 1998, featuring the single "I'm a Soulja". The album peaked
at number 59 on the Billboard 200 and number 12 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums
chart. The group became inactive in 2001.
