Gece
Gece, a Turkish alternative/indie rock band formed in 2000, originated from
Ankara. The group initially consisted of Can Baydar, Eren Çilalioğlu, Gökçe
Balaban, and Erdem Başer. Gece began performing in local venues and reached the
final of the Roxy Music Days contest in 2005. In 2008, they released their debut
studio album İçinde Saklı. The band gained further recognition with appearances
at festivals like Masstival and Rock'n Coke. In 2010, Gece signed with Sony
Music and released the single, "Gamsız", followed by their self-titled second
