Gaze
Gaze was a Canadian indie pop band from Vancouver, British Columbia active
between 1997 and 1999. The trio consisted of singers and guitarists Miko Hoffman
and Megan Mallett and drummer Rose Melberg. The group released the singles “So
Sad (To Watch Good Love Go Bad)” and “Gaze” in 1997 through the labels
Septophilia Records and K Records. The ensemble issued its debut studio album,
Mitsumeru, in 1998. The record was recorded at Dub Narcotic studios and was
recognized by the publication Pitchfork as one of the best indie rock albums of
