Gary McSpadden
Gary McSpadden, born January 26, 1943 in Mangum, Oklahoma, was an American
gospel singer, songwriter, record producer, television host, and motivational
speaker. He joined the Statesmen in 1962. He later performed with the Oak Ridge
Quartet (later the Oak Ridge Boys), Jake Hess and the Imperials, and The Bill
Gaither Trio before he joined the Gaither Vocal Band in 1981. He launched his
solo career in 1979 with Higher Purpose, followed by It Was Enough (1981),
Separate Journeys (1984), One Song One Voice (1986) and more. He also produced
