Garry Mills
Garry Mills, born 13 October 1941 in West Wickham, Kent, England, is a British
former pop singer whose career began in the late 1950s when he performed at
London’s 2i's Coffee Bar before being signed by Dick Rowe. Mills’ breakthrough
came with the single "Look for a Star" released in 1959 on Top Rank Records,
which reached number 7 on the UK Singles Chart and number 16 on the U.S.
Billboard Hot 100, establishing him as a chart‑worthy pop vocalist. The
