Igor Ivanovich "Garik" Sukachov, born on December 1, 1959, in Myakinino, a
Moscow suburb, is a Russian singer-songwriter. He formed his first band, Zakat
Solntsa Vruchnuyu, in 1977 and released one album before disbanding in 1983.
Sukachov then co-founded the band Bravo with Zhanna Aguzarova in 1984. In 1986,
he established Brigada S, known as a 'proletarian jazz orchestra,' which
released six studio albums and toured internationally before disbanding in 1993.
