Gardens & Villa
Gardens & Villa, an American indie rock band from Santa Barbara, California
formed in 2008, began as a trio of Chris Lynch (guitar, flute, vocals), Adam
Rasmussen (synthesizer), and Levi Hayden (drums). Their first breakthrough came
with their debut album Gardens & Villa, released in 2011 under Secretly
Canadian, featuring tracks such as "Black Hills" and "Star Fire Power". The
group followed with Dunes in 2014 and Music for Dogs in 2015. Tours included an
appearance at Coachella in 2012.
