Frozen Soul
The American death metal band Frozen Soul was formed in Fort Worth, Texas, in
2018. Guitarists Daniel Schmuck and Michael Munday, drummer Brady Trip, bassist
Samantha Mobley, and vocalist Chad Green comprised the group's founding lineup,
and the group released a demo, Encased in Ice, before the roster shifted to
include newcomer Matt Dennard. Encased in Ice included a cover of Mortician's
"Witch Coven," a move that highlighted the band's extreme sound, morbid subject
matter, and reverence for old-school metal acts. Singles like "Tormented by
