Francisca Valenzuela, born on March 17, 1987, in San Francisco, California, is a
Chilean-American singer. She moved to Santiago, Chile at age 12 and began
performing original songs at school festivals. In 2004, she attended an
intensive jazz program at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Francisca
Valenzuela's breakthrough came with the unofficial release of her first single
"Peces" in 2006, which gained popularity on Chilean radio. Her debut album
