Four Star Mary, an American alternative rock group from California, was formed
in 1997. The group gained public recognition when several of their songs were
featured as part of the soundtrack for the television series Buffy the Vampire
Slayer, where they were played by the fictional band Dingoes Ate My Baby during
seasons two through four. Their single "Pain" was included on the album Buffy
the Vampire Slayer: The Album and also appeared in an episode of Charmed. The
band released their album, Thrown to the Wolves, in 1999. In 2002, they followed
up with their album, Welcome Home...
