Fonogenico
Fonogenico, a Japanese band from Japan, was formed by vocalist Naoko Takayama
and pianist Masaru Kawaguchi. The duo debuted under BMG Japan with the single
"Reason" in 2006, which served as the first ending theme for the anime xxxHOLiC.
Their early work showcased ballad and jazz influences, leading to the release of
the single, "リズム", in 2006 and the single "オレンジの砂" in 2007. In the same year,
they issued the mini-album, ねがいごと, featuring the title track "ねがいごと" and "遠い街".
In 2007, the group contributed theme songs for the drama Hyakki Yakoushou. Jun
