Fluffy were an English punk rock band formed in London in 1994 by singer and
guitarist Amanda Rootes, guitarist Bridgette Jones, bassist Helen Storer, and
drummer Angie Adams, all of whom were studying art and design at the time;
Amanda Rootes and Angie Adams had previously been inspired by a jazz‑blues
