Born Marc Veira on March 17, 1980, in Bow, London, England, the grime rapper / MC is better known by his stage name Flowdan. A founding member of UK collective Pay As U Go, he was at the forefront of the garage movement alongside Wiley, DJ Slimzee, and many others. When that group broke up, many of the members formed Roll Deep in 2001, a collective that helped to usher in the grime movement.
