Flipp, an American rock band, was formed in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1994 by
singer/guitarist/producer Brynn Arens. The band's initial breakthrough came with
a cover of "My Generation" by The Who, which won MTV's Warming Up the Zombie
contest and secured them a slot to open for White Zombie, The Ramones, &
Misfits. Flipp released their self-titled debut album Flipp in 1997 on Hollywood
Records, followed by Blow It Out Your Ass!, released in 2000 through Oarfin
Records, and their third studio album, Volume, which came out in 2002 on Artemis
