Fingers Inc.
Fingers Inc. was formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1985 by producer Larry Heard,
vocalist Robert Owens, and later vocalist Ron Wilson. Heard, known
professionally as Mr. Fingers, had already been producing under that moniker
when the group emerged. Their breakthrough came with the single "Bring Down the
Walls" in 1985, followed by "A Path" and "It's Over" in 1986, which established
their presence on the Chicago house scene. In 1988, the trio released their sole
studio album Another Side on Jack Trax, featuring the hit single "Can You Feel
