Finesse2tymes is the stage name of American hip-hop artist Ricky Hampton, who
was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on June 10, 1992. He began rapping as a
teenager, taking influence from his hometown's rap community. While living on
the city's East Side proved to be musically inspirational, it also introduced
Finesse2tymes to criminal activity, and he served his first jail sentence as a
14 year-old. Seven years later, he co-founded the local rap collective Memphis
