Taiwanese singer Faye was born Chan Wen-ting on August 27, 1981 in Taipei. Her
interest in a music career began at college as a member of the group Yu Hun Band
with whom she released three singles between 2002 and 2003. She then became
famous as the lead singer of the band F.I.R., an outfit that captured numerous
industry awards and released eight albums between 2004 and 2019. Faye launched a
solo career in 2017 with the album Little Outerspace, an album that earned her a
2018 nomination for Best Female Vocalist at the Golden Melody Awards. A 2019
