Fanny Bloom
Fanny Grosjean (March 20, 1986), better known as Fanny Bloom, is a Canadian
singer-songwriter from Québec. Hailing from the town of Saint-Télesphore, she
moved to Sherbrooke at the age of 12 and later co-founded the synth-pop trio La
Patère Rose with Thomas Hébert and Julien Harbec in 2003. She parted ways with
the group in 2011 and embarked on a solo career that started with 2012’s
Apprentie Guerrière, written and recorded in tandem with composer and film
director Étienne Dupuis-Cloutier. The album brought much recognition to the
