Ewan McLennan (born July 31, 1986, in London) is a Scottish folk musician and
singer-songwriter. Raised in Edinburgh, McLennan studied classical piano before
transitioning to the guitar and developing an interest in folk and roots music.
In 2010, he began performing in folk clubs and signed with Fellside Records. His
debut album, Rags & Robes (2010), established his reputation and earned him the
2011 Horizon Award at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards. McLennan released his second
