Eugene Maslov, born in 1959 in Novotroitsk, Russia, is a jazz pianist, arranger,
and composer. He grew up in Saint Petersburg and studied classical piano under
Lina Berschadskaja at the Mussorgsky Music Conservatory before transitioning to
jazz studies at the Rimski-Korsakow Conservatorium. Maslov's career began with
collaborations after moving to the United States in 1989, working with notable
musicians such as Hubert Laws and Gary Burton. His debut album Autumn in New
