Espen Lind, born 13 May 1971 on Tromsø Municipality, Tromsøya, is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, composer, producer and guitarist whose career began in the mid‑1990s with the 1995 solo release Mmm…Prepare to Be Swayed under the moniker “Sway”; the album sold roughly 5,000 copies in Norway and was followed by the 1997 hit single "When Susannah Cries", which reached Number 1 in Norway for six weeks and charted in several European and Latin American markets.
