Elżbieta Maria Adamiak-Poniedzielska, born on September 5, 1955, in Łódź,
Poland, is a Polish singer, guitarist, and composer associated with sung poetry.
She made her stage debut in the 1970s in the Polish student-song movement and
received several early festival distinctions, including awards at the Studencki
Festiwal Piosenki and FAMA in 1975 and the Grand Prix at the “Śpiewajmy Poezję”
