Elyane CELIS
Élyane Célis was a Belgian singer born as Yvonne Anna Julia Célis on April 10,
1914, in Ixelles. She achieved professional recognition for a musical career
characterized by chanson and for recording the songs for the movie Blanche-Neige
et les Sept Nains (1938). Célis achieved professional recognition for a career
that began after she moved to Paris in 1928 at age 14 and took singing lessons.
Her professional debut began in May 1935 at the venue El Garron. Célis achieved
