Luis Eloy Hernández del Valle—better known as Eloy—is a Puerto Rican singer-songwriter born January 21, 1991, in San Juan. He began his music career as a teenager in 2005, releasing early tracks like “Yal” and subsequently the mixtapes Sixteen Years Only (2007) El Nuevo Nene del Género: The Mixtape Edition (2008), and One Dollar: Mixtape (2008), which included his breakthrough hit “Fuera del Planeta” featuring Randy Nota Loca and later a remix with Jowell & Randy.
