Eliseo Parra García, born on November 27, 1949 in Sardón de Duero, Valladolid,
Spain, is a singer known for his work as a popularizer and renovator of
traditional Spanish music. Parra began his musical career in the 1960s as a
drummer and singer in rock groups. In 1971, he studied solfège and harmony at
the Conservatorio Municipal de Barcelona while performing with Mi Generación. He
then joined groups like Blay Tritono and Al Tall and collaborated with Maria del
