Elise Testone
Elise Nicole Testone, also known as Elise Testone, was born on July 29, 1983, in
Kinnelon, New Jersey, and is an American singer and songwriter. She earned a
bachelor's degree in music from Coastal Carolina University in 2005 and
initially worked as a vocalist in local bands including The Freeloaders. In
October 2011, she won the Funk/Soul/R&B Artist of the Year award with her band,
The Freeloaders. She auditioned for American Idol on July 22, 2011, receiving a
