Eli Bennett (contributor)
Eli Bennett, born Eli Parker Bennett in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on
March 9, 1989, is a Canadian jazz saxophonist and film composer. The son of
composer Daryl Bennett, he began playing the alto saxophone at 11 years of age
before switching to tenor saxophone. In 2006, he performed with the
Gibson/Baldwin Grammy Jazz Band in Los Angeles, and earned a scholarship to
Humber College in Toronto, graduating in 2011. Returning to Vancouver to
apprentice as a film score composer, Bennett released his debut solo studio
