Tijuana singer and songwriter Carlos Joel Zurita Flores records under the name
El Randal. His documented solo catalog began in 2024 through the Tijuana-based
label Telescopio Records, which released “FIRME CON LOS FIRMES,” “Casino” and
“Vencedor.” That same year, he joined Eddy Tovar and Rodri on “Ando Belikon” and
