EJ Jones, known as “The Chosen Child,” is a Memphis-born soul singer bringing
vintage passion to modern R&B. Born in 2002, his baritone voice recalls legends
like Sam Cooke, Bobby Womack, and Johnnie Taylor. He began posting covers online
in 2024 and gained rapid attention for his heartfelt performances and timeless
tone. His debut single, “Too Good,”arrived in March 2025, followed by the viral
hit “Gas Station Love.”
