Maurizio Colella, born 2 November 1976 in Zürich, Switzerland, is a Swiss DJ and producer known professionally as EDX. He began producing in the mid‑1990s, releasing early mixtapes for the Tarot nightclub and later for Oxa Club, where he served as a resident. EDX’s breakthrough came with the 2000 single "Gonna Catch You" with Leon Klein, followed by a series of remixes for artists such as Kool & The Gang and Armand Van Helden.
