Dudley Perkins
Dudley Perkins, also known by the stage name Declaime, is an American rapper and
singer from Oxnard, California. He began rapping in 1987 and gained early
recognition through an appearance on The Alkaholiks' album Coast II Coast in
1995. His first solo releases as Declaime included the EP Illmindmuzik (1999)
and the album Andsoitisaid (2001). Recording under his own name, he released A
Lil' Light (2003) on Stones Throw Records, followed by Expressions (2012 A.U.)
