Donovan Woods
Donovan Woods, born in Sarnia, Ontario, is a Canadian folk and country
singer-songwriter. He began playing guitar and writing songs as a teenager. His
first album, The Hold Up, was released in 2007. In 2016, Woods released Hard
Settle, Ain't Troubled, which was longlisted for the Polaris Music Prize. His
fifth full-length album, Both Ways, was released in 2018 and won the Juno Award
for Contemporary Roots Album of the Year in 2019. In 2024, Things Were Never
Good If They're Not Good Now, was released by End Times Music.
