DJ Clay
Michael Velasquez, known professionally as DJ Clay, was born on January 4, 1984,
in Detroit, Michigan. He began his career as a disc jockey in Southwest Detroit
at age 13 and started making a name for himself by age 16. In 2007, he was
signed to Psychopathic Records and began producing songs for several of the
label's releases. DJ Clay released the first volume of his mixtape series, Let
'Em Bleed: The Mixxtape, Vol. 1, in February 2008, which featured artists from
Psychopathic Records and Hatchet House. He continued this series until 2010,
