Dominique Terrieu, known professionally as Dimoné, was born in 1967 in
Savigny-sur-Orge, France. As a teenager, he played bass in punk bands like Les
Sulfateurs Espagnols. In the early 1990s, he formed the pop-folk group Les
Faunes. Dimoné's solo career began in 1999 with Effets Pervers. Notable albums
include Madame Blanche (2008), featuring "Les Narcisses", and Bien Hommé, Mal
Femmé (2014). He has performed widely across France, Africa, and Quebec. Dimoné
