Dexhenry (also credited as DJ Dexhenry) emerged from Brazil’s baile funk
ecosystem as a producer/DJ whose catalog leaned heavily into the “montagem”
wave—short, hook-forward tracks built for edits, dance clips, and high-rotation
DJ sets. His earliest widely distributed releases appeared in 2022, including
the single “Aquecimento Loving You is a Losing Arcade vs Funk Carioca,” which
introduced his approach: tight percussion grids, chopped vocal phrases, and
