Dennis East
Dennis East, born around 1949 in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, was a
songwriter and musical producer who began his musical career in the late 1960s.
He gained recognition as part of The Rising Sons in the 1970s before forming the
rock band Stingray with other South African musicians in 1979. East released his
debut single, "Could You Ever Love Me Again", in 1974. Throughout his career,
Dennis East released numerous albums and singles, with notable works including
"Stone Walls" (1977) and From Me to You (1988). His song "A Million Drums"
