Deadeye Dick was an American alternative rock trio formed in 1991 in New
Orleans, Louisiana. The band consisted of vocalist and guitarist Caleb
Guillotte, bassist Mark Adam Miller, and drummer Billy Landry. They took their
name from Kurt Vonnegut's novel of the same name. Initially, Deadeye Dick gained
a loyal following by performing extensively across the southeastern United
States. Their breakthrough came with the regional hit "New Age Girl", which was
popular on local radio stations in New Orleans and Atlanta. In 1994, Deadeye
Dick released their debut album A Different Story ...
