Dead Celebrity Status
Dead Celebrity Status, a Canadian rap rock group originating in Sudbury,
Ontario, was formed in 2003 by rappers Yas Taalat and Bobby McIntosh. Both were
former members of the nu metal band Project Wyze. After the breakup of Project
Wyze, they began writing new material under Bodog Music and recruited DJ Dopey
to complete the group. Their debut album, Blood Music, was released in 2004 and
featured collaborations with artists such as Joss Stone, Dave Navarro, Stephen
Perkins, Bif Naked, Twiggy Ramirez, Limore Twena, and DJ Lethal. The track "We
