Dawn of Ashes
Dawn of Ashes is an American industrial metal band from Los Angeles, California.
Formed in 2000 by Kristof Bathory, the group initially focused on horror-based
dark electronic music, known as Terror EBM. Their breakthrough came with the
release of Sacred Fever in 2005, which led to a signing with German label
NoiTekk and subsequent releases including In the Acts of Violence (2006) and The
Crypt Injection (2007). In late 2008, Dawn of Ashes shifted their musical
direction towards melodic black metal, releasing Genocide Chapters in 2010 under
