David Torrens
David Torrens, born November 8, 1968, in Guanabacoa, Cuba, is a Cuban singer. He
started his musical education at Escuela Elemental de Arte Guillermo Tomás and
later studied engineering while playing guitar. In the mid-1980s, David Torrens
began his career as a keyboardist for Canto Libre, composing his first songs
with the band. In 1996, he released his debut album, Mi poquita fe, under EMI
Music of Mexico. The album featured "Sentimientos ajenos", which won the ERES
